Ult tracking names the ult charge overlay on enemies — readiness before a fight, not a corner minimap.
Note 2
The same overlay toggle also appears on the player ESP list. Ult tracking is the section title for what it does.

No percentage threshold is published for the overlay.

While Updates says Updating, the label matters more than any visual toggle.
